It has been while since I made the last piece. I found myself running out of inspiration and going to work without inspiration is quite oppressive.
I decided to take a break and work more on my music compositions. I am happy to inform that I have made a lot of progress in that area. I will be uploading them on the site soon and link to them.
The inspiration for this piece came to me while I was having my morning coffee and reading something. I fell into some rabbit hole and came across Nordic geometric art. I liked the minimal aesthetic and the soft color palette.
In order to create this piece, I first created a semi-circle by cropping a regular circle using the Vector Crop tool in Affinity. Then I started arranging the semi-circle in a bunch of patterns. As the patterns started to take shape, I was reminded of pills and then I arranged the pattern to look like them.
